Nope they are real in the sense they are real design files I uploaded to the site. I need to order a few to see if they are manufacturable though. They have an iffy sharp edge on the inside that could be construed as a design rule violation. Those heads are right at the edge of the capability of the software I'm using in terms of complexity or memory use so I'd rather not re-edit those files if I can help it.
I had been toying with doing an app or something related to 3D printing so maybe I will do that for ornaments or head bobblers although I am not a web design or app wizard. In theory complete bobble heads could be printed in one piece including a stand and an internal spring but that will take additional development time. I've designed them to be able to work on the spring mechanism separately and then maybe join them together computerifically at a later date. In the meantime I'll get some dowels and a spring at Home Depot and see how they bobble - if at all. At the very least I can hang one from my rear view mirror and get rid of the old faded pair of dice!

Next I'll design some fake immunity idols for contestants to sneak into the games. I'll need to be sure they can be easily concealed and are comfortable while they are concealed.
