Our own Sunnydaysahead (Tammy Gaghan) had a chance to be the first pygmy to make it on to "The Amazing Race". At a time when security was at an all time high around the world, TAR chose to have the first (and probably last) Amazing Race based soley in America.
Tammy and her family brought us all many smiles and truly made us all very proud to be pygmies... her children delighted us on a show that is usually dominated by adults. The kids did a great job keeping up with the adults and the family did pretty well, but in the end... it just didn't amount to a hill of beans... hahaha
Not only did Tammy grab the attention of the world in the Amazing Race.... she also grabbed the attention of local shoppers in this "Shoprite" Commercial.
It was a pleasure watching you on Telli Tammy... and I saw another video with you applying for the Amazing Race again with Carissa 2 years ago... so hopefully we will see you again.
I would love to see Tammmy on Survivor or back with her daughter on TAR
