Leslie Nease was Pygmy Islands first member to make it on to Survivor. We were all so proud to see our "4kidslater" star on Survivor China!

At the beginning of the game, despite being specifically told it was not a religious ceremony, Leslie was unable to finish the welcoming ceremony due to her strong Christian beliefs, saying that the ceremony felt too much like worship. After the others finished the ceremony, Leslie was placed on the Fei Long tribe. Despite Fei Long's winning streak, Leslie was feeling demoralized without her bible. She felt better when Jaime Dugan, who was Kidnapped by Fei Long chose to share the clue to a Hidden Immunity Idol with her. She relayed the information to Todd Herzog, whom she had formed a close bond with. Also at this time, Leslie along with the rest of her tribe grew annoyed with Jean-Robert Bellande's lack of work ethic and personality.
On Day 7, the women of Zhan Hu won the Reward Challenge, and decided to kidnap Leslie. She bonded the group and noted their high spirits despite the losing streak. The women then began to gossip, where Leslie revealed that Aaron Reisberger was the leader of Fei Long and how Todd was a strategic player. After returning to Fei Long, Leslie informed her tribe what she told Zhan Hu. This alarmed everyone, especially Aaron and Todd. Fei Long lost the next Immunity Challenge and Leslie was danger for her bonds with Zhan Hu. Although Todd contemplated voting for Jean-Robert, Leslie was voted out in a 6-2 vote.

Nease attended fellow China castaways Jaime Dugan and Erik Huffman's wedding, where she shared memories and read scriptures.
On January 9, 2010, Leslie attended Survivor's 10-year anniversary party.

Leslie is the only castaway to not finish the Buddhist ceremony on Day 1 of Survivor: China.
Leslie is the first person voted out of Fei Long.
Leslie was the only member of Fei Long to be kidnapped.
Leslie shares her birthday with Shambo Waters and Jonas Otsuji.
