Betsy Bolan was a reader at pygmy island, not a poster... but she told me that she would visit often and read all the information... so, I decided that Lurkers can be true "pygmies" as well. So Betsy gets the nod.
Besty got to play in Survivor Samoa, but not for long... she got under Russell's skin and then he had her removed.
Betsy began the game on the yellow Foa Foa tribe. Russell Hantz approached Betsy for an alliance on Day 1. Although skeptic, Betsy joined the alliance. After Foa Foa lost the first Immunity Challenge the tribe was split between voting for Marisa Calihan and Ashley Trainer. Betsy voted for Ashley but Marisa was voted off instead.
Betsy questioned Russell on why Marisa was voted off instead of Ashley, which made Russell grow weary of Betsy. Fellow tribe mate Ben Browning rubbed Betsy the wrong was and the two soon had a fierce rivalry. When Foa Foa lost the second Immunity Challenge Betsy was targeted for being untrustworthy. Betsy targeted Ben for his harsh personality. At Tribal Council Russell and Ben led a campaign against Betsy, which led to her being voted off in an 8-1 vote.
